Spine and peripheral nerve reconstructive surgery, central nervous system revascularization via surgery and interventional radiology , neuromodulation, bioengineering, and transplantation are recent tools used to promote reconstruction, restoration, and rehabilitation. These are the three key words of our creed and all fulfill the aim of the ISRN, dealing with mechanical, morphological, and functional restoration.
